Brief Introduction
Coconut husk processing machine is mainly to process coconut husk, oil palm,bamboo etc. The output fiber can be used for making mattress,brush etc. The peat used as fertilizer.

Defiber machine
The impurity part is separated through the screen, and the fibrous palm silk is directly discharged from the discharge port.
It can be connected to the drum screen, dryer, fiber press for further processing by conveyor.
Coconut peat dewatering machine
The soaked coconut peat contains a large amount of water of 80-90%, which needs to be dehydrated to 55-60%,the coconut peat dehydrator is mainly used for the cleaned coconut peat and then dried in the next step.
Coconut peat drying machine
Coconut peat dryer adopts three-layer drum dryer technology, which has low operating cost, simple operation, energy saving and large output. Moisture can be controlled at 15% .The dried coconut peat used for making block and easy to transport.
Coconut peat block making machine:
Coco peat (coir peat,coir pith) block making machine is a new type of compressed into block type packer, is dealing with some special materials. These materials are very small and loose,no way to bundle package, it is difficult to compress and transport, so one solution is to use horizontal packing machine and bagging machine packaging and another solution is to use block making machine to compress the material into a lump, convenient transportation.

Coconut fiber baling machine
