Guoxin Machinery's ginger powder processing line in Nepal has been put into use. This project is a UN organization's assistance project to the Nepal region.

The entire production line equipment includes drum washing machine, integrated spiral cleaning peeling machine, ginger slicer, flow-through mesh belt dryer, milling machine, powder packaging machine and sealing machine.

These equipments were shipped from four 40-foot containers to Kolkata, India, then transferred by rail to Kathmandu. After nearly two weeks, our engineers completed the installation.

Ginger powder is produced through the process of ginger cleaning, peeling, slicing, drying, grinding, and then packaging. This production line has a high degree of automation, and local workers can quickly operate the machine by themselves.
