Working Principle of vacuum freeze drying machine 
  1. The vacuum freezing drying machine pre-cool the material, make the material to be frozen in the low temperature.
  2. The water in the material has been turned into tiny ice particles.
  3. Heat the material, the ince particales turns into vapour directly by sublimation.
  4. The condensator box collect the vapour, and the vapour turn into water, exhausted out of machine. The water is dryied in form of ice, so it will keep the shape and nutrition of the material. After the drying ,the space of water will not be filled, so the dried material will be spongy and porous, at the same time very crispy. and easy to crush and solve in the water.
