The selected cassava chips are cleaned and sliced with a slicer. Pay attention to the thickness of the slices, which should be controlled within 4MM, which can increase the internal water evaporation area of the cassava and reduce the drying time of the cassava.
 
Place the sliced cassava chips evenly on the stainless steel material cart shelf, keep them evenly placed, and the thickness of the cassava chips should not exceed 3CM.
 
Push the material cart containing the cassava into the drying room, design the operating parameters of Guoxin machinery dryer room, including running time, temperature, humidity, etc., and start the equipment operation. Note that the drying temperature of cassava should not be set too high. It can be divided into multiple zones, and the drying time can be increased at a constant speed. 2 hours before the equipment runs, it can be set to only dry without dehumidification. After the relative humidity in the drying room increases to 80%, the drying and dehumidification treatment begins.
 
After about 20 hours of continuous drying, the cassava was dehydrated to about 15%, and the material truck was pushed out of the drying room. The color of the cassava chips was white and slightly yellowish, and the hands were very hard to pinch, indicating that the cassava had been dried. .
