Our heat pump drying chamber used for thyme dehydration has been installed in Lebanon，Thyme drying chamber is a kind of energy-saving drying equipment. The processing principle is based on the principle of reverse Carnot cycle, using a small amount of electric energy and using a compressor to evaporate the working medium into a gaseous state in the evaporator after passing through an expansion valve, and absorb a large amount of it. The heat energy in the air and the gaseous working medium are compressed by the compressor into a high temperature and high pressure gas, and then enter the condenser to release heat and heat the drying medium, so that the heating and drying are continuously circulated.
 
The thyme drying chamber integrates dehumidification, heating, cooling, temperature exhausting and ventilation into one intelligent equipment, which is a drying equipment for energy saving and emission reduction. The product is easy to install, reliable in operation and long in use.


 
The heat of the heating air in the thyme drying chamber mainly comes from the sensible heat and latent heat contained in the warm and humid air discharged from the recovery drying room. The energy that needs to be input is only the power consumption of the heat pump compressor, and the heat pump can consume a small amount of power. Because of the advantage of producing a large amount of heat, the SMER of the heat pump drying device (the amount of moisture in the wet material removed by the unit energy consumption) is usually 1.0-4.0kg/kw, while the SMER value of the traditional convection dryer is about 0.2-0.6 kg/kwh.
The temperature and humidity of the thyme drying room are easy to control. When the material has high requirements on the temperature and humidity of the air entering the baking chamber, the evaporating temperature and condensing temperature of the working fluid in the evaporator and condenser can be adjusted to meet the requirements of the material on quality and appearance.
The drying medium in the heat pump drying device of the thyme drying room is closed and circulated, and there is no pollution caused by any dust, volatile substances and peculiar smells caused by the discharge of the drying exhaust gas to the environment. It is recycled to heat the cold and dry air, and there is no thermal pollution of the unit to the environment.
