Herbal Dryer Machine Customer Visit

This customer is from Puyang City, Henan Province, drying herbal. If herbal is to be dried and stored in large quantities, it cannot be dried only by natural drying, but must be dried with a special herbal dryer machine.

 

Herbal drying method/step
 
Initial drying:
The temperature of the initial drying room should be raised to the range of 35-40 ℃ before the flowers can be put into the drying room; the temperature should be adjusted to 40 ℃, kept for 4-6 hours, and the moisture outlet should be enlarged.
 
second stage:
After 4-6 hours, enter the second stage of the softening period of honeysuckle fresh products. The temperature of the drying room is gradually increased from 41°C to 48°C. The temperature difference is gradually controlled within 5-7 hours, and must not exceed 50°C. At the same time, the moisture exhaust hole keeps the opening of the previous temperature range; after 9-12 hours of initial, moderate drying and strong moisture drainage, the honeysuckle basically reaches 50% drying.
 
The third phase:
The heating stage with a temperature of 50-54 °C is controlled for 2-4 hours. At this stage, the tidal outlet remains unchanged or slightly closed to facilitate the temperature increase. After the third stage, the honeysuckle basically reaches 80% dry.
 
Fourth stage:
The temperature range is: 55-65 ℃ forced drying period, the temperature should not exceed the high temperature of 70 ℃, the moisture outlet is closed by 70%-90% to facilitate the temperature maintenance, after 2-4 hours of forced drying, observe the honeysuckle in the observation hole After drying, the temperature can be stopped and released.
