The leaves and stems of alfalfa grass reach the same final water content, so that the dried alfalfa grass does not drop leaves
Alfalfa grass has thin leaves and less fibrous tissue, so it is easy to be dried, while the stems of alfalfa grass are more difficult to dry than leaves. In this case, *it is prone to two situations:
1. The leaves are dry and the stems are not dry (here refers to reaching a final moisture content of 14%, the same below); at this time, the overall final moisture content of alfalfa should be greater than 14%.
2. Stems and leaves are too dry; at this time, the overall final water content of alfalfa should be less than 14%. Separation of leaves and stems. Decreased the grade of alfalfa grass (the nutrient content of alfalfa leaves is greater than that of stems).
How can we solve this problem? After a lot of experiments and exploration, we obtained the best matching value of each parameter, thus solving the difficulty of the leaves and stems, such as the temperature of the hot air, the speed of the hot air, the speed of the material, the thickness of the material layer, and so on.
The
alfalfa dryer equipment should be efficient and energy-saving, and the drying cost should be low
Based on the principles of high efficiency, low consumption, large output and low cost, we have done a lot of research and calculations in two important aspects and determined:
1. Use high-efficiency hot blast stove (heat exchange furnace) to reduce coal consumption.
2. Selection of fans. Wind is the medium for drying alfalfa, which requires the selection of fans to be reasonable and accurate. Just right. It is necessary to ensure that the operating point calculated by the fan is in the best position and that the output power is sufficient. Taking into account the resistance of the system, the air volume of the system and other parameters, after exploration and testing, a suitable fan was selected and successfully used in the drying system.
