On 5th,July,Guoxin delivered the garlic drying machine with other garlic processing machine to customer's site.



A complete large-scale garlic drying machine and processing production line mainly consists of : garlic clove separating machine, skin removing machine, cleaning and bleaching machine ,impurity removing machine, slicing machine, dehydrator, drying machine and packaging machine, etc. each equipment is connected with each other by elevator.
     Garlic clove separating machine is the primary processing equipment of the whole garlic drying production line. It can be used for processing fresh garlic or garlic preserved in cold storage. This kind of garlic clove separating machine is very suitable for large-scale garlic drying production plant.
     The skin removing machine,uses the water circulation to remove the skin. It has good performance in skin removing and reasonable cost,it’s one of the best machines to remove the garlic skin.
     The cleaning and balancing machine uses the circulation water to collect the garlic skin and clean the garlic clove,is the first cleaning process in the production line.
The impurity removing machine works according to the different densities between garlic and other impurities, there are several grading treatment devices inside the equipment, which ensure the effective of removing of various impurities, to make sure the quality of the dried garlic,also keep the slicer from damaging.
The garlic slicer is made of stainless steel. the whole slicer is composed of four cutterheads.working with the water circulation. the time and effect in the drying process can be kept in the same condition. Therefore, the quality of the dried garlic will be very good, which meets the processing standard of large-scale enterprises.
The dehydrator of garlic slicer is mainly to pre dehydrate the garlic slicer before drying, removing the water on the surface of garlic,which can shorten the drying time,lower and energy consumption.
Garlic drying machine mainly uses large-scale automatic mesh belt drying equipment, which has high automation, controllable drying effect and quality, drying time and temperature can be adjusted. There are various of heat sources match the drying machine, has wide adaptability.
The packaging machine,usually uses automatic packing machine, which is divided into two layers of packaging. The inner layer is transparent fresh-keeping film, which can effectively ensure that the dried garlic slices will not be damp. The outer layer is plastic woven bags, which effectively ensures the safety of the transportation process.
