How to dry purple potato?

On September 23, Guoxin shipped a small drying room for purple potato drying.



Purple potato processing process: raw material selection → cleaning and peeling → slicing and cutting → draining and loading → drying and cooling → grading and packaging.
1. When the temperature of the drying room rises to about 30 °C, put the sweet potato chips into the drying room, set the temperature to 40 °C, and set the drying time to 1-2 hours;
2. The temperature is set to 45℃, and the drying time is 2-3 hours;
3. The temperature is set to 60℃, and the drying time is 3 hours. At this time, the water content of purple potato chips should not exceed 10%;
4. Turn off the power, take out the material after 1 hour, and then soften it at room temperature for 1-2 hours. During this process, pick out the purple potato chips that do not meet the drying requirements and return to the room for drying.
