It is one of the superior materials for planting and cultivating substrates.For the convenience of transportation and storage,they usually sell Sphagnum moss after drying and baling.
Sphagnum moss processing generally need three stages:
- 1.Dehydrator: put fresh Sphagnum moss into dehydration machine, most of water will be lost;
- 2.Dryer: use conveyor to transport dehydrated materials into mesh belt dryer, after dried the moisture will at 24%;
- 3.Baler: press the dried Sphagnum moss into 5kg blocks or 10kg blocks.
About Sphagnum moss drying machine, there are 4 layers 304 stainless steel mesh belt in the drying oven,after several times fall and turn over,the materials will be in uniform contact with the hot air which generated by the furnace, then dried materials out from discharge conveyor.
