Drying process steps of Boletus:
 
The water content of fresh Boletus is about 90%, the drying requirement is 13%, the temperature is about 50 ℃ - 65 ℃ (controllable), the temperature and humidity are uniform, and the air flow is uniform.
 
In the first stage, the temperature of the drying room is increased by 30 ℃ - 40 ℃, and the air volume is increased for about 3 hours, mainly drying and pumping out the moisture of Boletus.
 
In the second stage, the temperature in the drying room will rise to 50 ℃ - 60 ℃, and the dehumidification will be mainly combined with the dehumidification system, until the product is baked to the target content, and the time is about 5 hours.
 
Special reminder: 1. The drying time of 3~5mm thick slice of fungus is 8~10 hours; 2. The whole drying time of the fungus is 21~26 hours according to the size of the fungus. After drying, inspect the quality, package, store and sell after passing the inspection.
